My wife stumbled upon Mr. Alvarez and his company through Google. Another company with the sticker on our door didn’t answer the phone for us. He was professional, knowledgeable and diagnosed our issue over the phone just from the description. Once he go to our house, he confirmed his diagnosis and got to work. Boy, was he prompt. He completed the task quickly and even had our door opening and closing a lot smoother than it was prior to our original issue. He even helped to reprogram our remotes. The guy knew his stuff. I recommend his work, and he’s reasonably priced too. His warranty is good and if ever I have another issue, he’s the only company I’m calling.

Gotta say, this was the best home service repair I've had....ever. I had previously been told (by another garage service company), that I needed a completely new door, motor and everything. That company also told me it would be $4000-$5000. So, we waited. I just happened to see the AdMax ad that Alvarez had and reached out. His website allowed me to book the appointment directly. When he came out, he was knowledgeable, clearly pointed out the exact issues and asked me questions if I had any desire (i.e. Did I not like the look of the door?) as a rationale for a whole new setup. When I explained that "No. I just want a functioning and better operating garage door." he walked me through the options to do that. In the end, he replaced (and upgraded) my springs, reinforced the door itself with metal struts, changed all rollers to upgraded, high strength nylon AND installed a replacement motor and belt (motor and belt were under a lifetime warranty). He did all of THAT for under $1000...and had it done in 1/2 a day. He's also a super nice guy. the kind of guy you want to help support. Hence why I'm writing this length of a review.
